Missions

Here at First Baptist, we believe in the mission set forth by Jesus Christ: "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation." -Mark 16:15

The 2010 mission trip will be a far different experience for the members of FBC Mize. Our last two trips were primarily sports evangelism and were part of a collective effort from our association to communities in Ohio and Georgia. Due to the growth in missions in our county, our church will go it alone this year. We will be traveling to Clear Creek Baptist Bible College in Pineville, Kentucky from Monday, July 26 through Friday, July 30 to do construction missions. CCBBC depends on missionary groups from around the country to due maintenance and new construction on their campus. Please pray about being part of this missions team. The signup sheet is posted on the bulletin board in the old fellowship hall.
